Volunteer Positions

Registration

Volunteers at registration to assist attendees as they print out their badges and pick up their ribbons. You will also assist with handing out conference padfolios and will answer general conference questions.

Room Monitors

As a session monitor, you will liaise with the speakers to ensure they have all necessary equipment, welcome attendees as they enter the session room and provide a session headcount to the volunteer coordinator at the end of each session.

Session monitors can receive credits for the sessions they monitor. Once all session monitor slots have been filled, we will send an e-mail to volunteers within that time slot asking for session preferences. These sessions will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
